Girmantas Bucas ( www.girmantas.com ) from Lithuania has won $1,731.00 and a Leica X Camera worth $2400. Girmantas is the first winner from Lithuania and it is unusual to have a winning photo that was taken with a film camera, rather than a digital camera.

We would like to thank everyone who entered one of the 577 entries. It's great to see that street photography is so popular. We would also like to thank the judge Herbert Piel for choosing the winning photos.

Roman Tripler from Germany has won the City Competition. Roman has received a number if I SHOT IT awards, proving that photography is more skill than luck. It is difficult to spot what could be a winning photo in an everyday surrounding, but this is what Roman does so well. Capturing an image that is not only eye catching, but also one that contains a story. Roman has won $346.00 and a Leica C worth $700.

We would like to thank everyone who entered one of the 173 entries, and the judges at the Harvey Milk Photo Centre.

Stefan Betz from Germany has won $249.60 and a Leica C worth $700. His photo might not be typical in the entries we see, but it's a humorous shot that you want to stop, look and wonder at. I'm guessing the crane isn't used any more, but you can imagine the surprise these storks would have if their home started to move.

Thank you to everyone who entered one of the 208 entries. The winning photos were chosen by the judge Mike Atkinson.
