I wonder if this could have been taken from a passing train window, which in part is what is so nice about it, that impression of a sneaky view over something which is much more permanent, somebody else’s real life. We see the real city and its contrasts. The new sky scraping buildings burst upwards from amongst all of those hand washed clothes, each part dependent on the other. This would make a good travel photo too.
