Thank you very much for this award. The picture was taken with my old Nikon D750 in Georgia, at Gergeti Trinity Church, which sits under the impressive Mount Kazbek at the end of the Military Road. Its isolated location on top of a steep mountain surrounded by the vastness of nature has made it a symbol for Georgia. I converted the picture to grayscale in post-processing, to enhance the wonderful pattern of the snow on the bare plateau. Laura Chiesa
