This is a beautiful dreamy and three-dimensional photograph when you enlarge it on the screen. It has a lot movement, yet a lot of stillness - as a child memory. This is a very rare and beautiful photography; and the winner of the I-SHOT-IT photo competition. Congratulations!

What an overwhelming surprise! As a persistent travel photographer with focus on Asian culture- and biodiversity (a subject that now demands a certain idealism), I am seldom fixed. The frame shows my very last impression of a memorable and quite chaotic odyssey through Coronasia. The captured moment marks the supposed end of the Balinese lockdown - the evening before the "New Normal" began. At least the beaches of the Indonesian archipelago slowly filled with life again. In addition to the undisputed national sport of badminton, kite flying seems to be a wider passion.
