My name is Thomas Boudewijn, I'm a Car Photographer from the Netherlands under the name "Fotovanjeauto". I took this shot at a Classic Car Dealer (Carrosso Classic- & Sportscars) This Mercedes-Benz 250 SE has the most beautiful curves and contrasting shiny parts. Because of the lights on the seeling and the reflection from the other cars and windows around it I decided to shoot this car using the FDL Technique (Focused diffused lighting) to show the curves in the design. It is build from a multiple exposure shot (10-15 shots) combined in Photoshop. Because of the fast shutterspeed and flash the background is automatically black and the light spreads softly. This way you can shoot anywhere, anytime, even in bright daylight. Camera: Nikon D850, Godox V1 Speedlight.
