Wildlife Photo Competition 2 2019 : Entry Number 40

Beautiful soft light, which seems oddly to be coming from both sides! I guess this is a mirrored combination of two photos blended together. This doubles up the family size and makes the nice symmetry. Clever post production, well done.

The story behind this shot is that this adorable family (all six members) live in the zoo in Zagreb and in the afternoon, when it becomes a bit colder - they cuddle up together under a heat lamp that shines this lovely soft light. I was waiting until closing to take this shot. They are one of my favourite animals and subjects of many of my photographs.
