I'm so thrilled for the Mark of Excellence, thank you to all who voted for him. This American Bald Eagle was one of many that were building nests on a cold and cloudy day at the Klamath Falls Wildlife Refuge. This was taken with a Canon 1D MkIV and and Canon 100-400 lens.
