Framing an image from the center can often lead to a stale view, however this image breaks that rule and works quite well. The architectural members seem to move the eye up and then outward before bringing it back in to the people. The irregular pattern the people make mars juxtaposes the near perfect white symmetry of the building in a visually interesting way.
