Your creative long exposure has made the star trails and let the fog roll around in the street lighting so that it takes on this fairytale dimension of blur and strong warm color. Lovely clever shot.

What an honour, the calibre of work on this site is amazing. Interestingly, this photo is not of streetlights in fog, but of fire and smoke! The exposure time was roughly 15 minutes, which is what created the glowing effect in the smoke. This was one of those lucky moments you couldn't really plan in advance!
