Thanks a lot for voting. My name is Juergen Schmied and obviously I took this pictures in San Francisco :-). This picture was taken with my Canon EOS50D and with the EF-S 18-135mm lens (at 45mm, 30s, 20.0, ISO200) in April 2013. I was at the beach in the early evening, so I had to use a ND filter because it was still too bright. Unfortunately I got wet shoes, I was too busy with taking the picture instead of watching the water ;-). It was my last evening in SF before I took a plane back to Germany. Picture editing was done with gimp. Actually I added this kind of "moonshine" effect afterwards with gimp, but the rest of the picture is close how it came out of the camera.
