what a beautiful black-and-white image, and a super sweet capture. the wonderful variety of texture from the old wood to the stone, the scruffy dog, the straw and dirt, all keep the viewer's eye moving through the frame, but there is no mistaking the main subject of this wonderful capture. the only thing i would edit in this image is the gap between the gates, making it all black, for a cleaner, less-distracting background. but a beautiful image. nicely done. ~ illona
