Quite unique and great use of a vertical orientation. Its almost Escher! with the stairs above falling off and giving an impression of an unnatural slant.

This photo was made at the same day as the winning photo. I searched for interesting distances around me and found this at my work. Indeed Escher was one of my first thoughts when I shot it. My Name is Roman Tripler and I come from Hennef, Germany and I'm glad. Thank you!
