By Ramin Hashempour. I'm a freelance photographer from Canada . I took this picture with my Nikon D800 in Cambodia .The Toul Sangke community in Phnom Penh, Cambodia is not your regular community. Everywhere you look , there are makeshift shanties, broken wooden structures or makeshift tents. But suddenly amongst all the despair and destruction , you see the spectacular movement of childhood. You see it running free and wild. You see the colors of joy, happiness and curiosity splashing around outshining its surrounding . About 4000 families were affected by the massive development projects in Phnom Penh.
