this lovely little dog beautifully framed in a shallow-depth-of-field path works as a black-and-white conversion, but i'm almost itching to see it as a color ... to see the play of light on the possible color of fall leaves that i suspect are there. because this appears to be a long path/trail, i might have left a little more frame at the bottom to lead the viewer into the image more vs. having such a tight crop at the bottom ... however, the dog is wonderfully framed in the trees and distant light. nicely done. ~ illona
