Amazing location and you have made a sound effort to photograph it in an original way. The surf makes a good leading line, your composition is very good, the black and white a good choice too, adding to the bleak atmosphere. I find your post processing somewhat severe, the vignette too heavy and the tonal adjustments to the rock and sky too obvious. I suspect you could get a nicer result from the original file.
