Hi everyone, my name is Ed Lim. Thanks a lot for all the votes! This photo was taken at the Embarcadero Marina Park in San Diego, USA and is captioned “Blue Hour” on my photo site: 500px.com/edlim. It was taken in December 2013 using a Leica M (Typ 240) camera with a 21mm Super Elmar lens, ND 1.8 filter and circular polarizer. Subsequent post processing was done using Color Efex Pro 2 plugin within Photoshop CS6. Some of my other works can be viewed at my portfolio link below.
