Hi everebody thank you for voting. My name is Kurt Staehr living in Denmark. The picture has been taken at the coast of Ireland and ”the figures” you see are a close-up of the sprays from the waves when they hit the cliffs. I used a Nikon D300 and the Nikkor 70-200 f/2,8 at 1/2500 and postprocessed in Lightroom.
