My name is Jan Roder, and this photo was taken in Glacier National Park. This was our first trip to Glacier and hopefully not my last. You could wear a camera out there!
I love the early morning light, and especially love catching the morning fog lifting. This was taken with a Canon 50D, with a Tamron 18-270mm lens, at f.9, 1/250, ISO 100 @ 50mm.
Thank you for the "Mark of Excellence" recognition, and thank you to those who voted for me and have chosen my picture as your favorite.
As a beginner, this is a real honor.
