City Competition 2 - San Francisco : Entry Number 127

This photos composition is the winning factor here. The bend of the fence mimics the bridge in a poignant way, relating two metal structures so different in their purpose and strength yet integral to city life here in San Francisco. In addition, the attention to detail is apparent and the contrasts are beautifully balanced.
