The image is a composite of a lamp in an apartment hallway and a batman sign lamp in a comic book store. I played with the lamp image a lot using various software programmes and when I had created the "bubble" effect, I then added part of the batman/moon sign.
I was happy with the end result and it's cartoon/surreal overall feeling.
