What a fabulous image of symmetry and simplicity. I might suggest a slightly tighter crop, just enough to crop out the trees on the right, and straighten so that the architecture at the top of the frame is a little more level. In fact, cropping out the wooden framework at the top - resulting in a more panoramic format - gives this image an even stronger impact, allowing the viewer to focus on just the dog and the pillars and sweeping vine.
