Thanks so much for the Mark of Excellence and congratulations to the winner! My name is Amy Mitchell and I live in Williams Lake, British Columbia, Canada. After taking an online, self paced photography course last summer I discovered a new passion. I try to read and practice a little bit every day, and plan to take another course this year. This picture is of my daughter wearing a pearl necklace that belonged to her grandmother, shot in natural light from a window. I took this with a Canon Powershot G16 and then processed the RAW file in Lightroom.
