My name is Bill Bullard, and I am a photographer living and working in New York City. I made this photograph on the Brooklyn Bridge in the fall of 2013, shooting at and through the protective shroud they drop between the workers painting the steel and the pedestrians passing by. I was using a Nikon 800E with a Zeiss Distagon f/1.7 35mm lens. Post-processing was done in Bridge and Photoshop CC (but no textures or filters were added!).
