This photograph depends very heavily on someone else's art, but the addition of the woman and the excellent timing adds to the existing art piece. And the man looking at the girl makes it even better.

Photo was taken in Providence, RI-USA. As with most street shooters, I first saw the mural.. while determining the best angle of approach.. This young lady strolled past focused on her telephone call.... She became the perfect subject for the painted men to leer at..
