Thank you all for your votes! I like to spend a lot of time at the river near my house photographing these common yet beautiful ducks. This was shot in the early evening, it was freezing & the river was frozen. The ducks are starting to chase after the females so lots of chances to try and get flight shots. I love this one because it shows the shiny sapphire blue on the wing. This was shot using a Canon 7D and Canon 100-400L lens.
