Thank you for the votes. These are some wild flowers that grow by a ditch next to my house. They were drying out in the sunshine after a rain shower, I was focusing on the ones that weren't fully open yet. This was shot with a Nikon D 3100, 200 mm lens, shot at 145 mm, F5.6 1/500. These flowers are normally a bright yellow and in editing I desaturated to get this color and cropped. Sonja , Tennessee
