My name is Risto Hunt. I am self-learnt hobbyist photographer.
I am an owl - I hate waking up early in the mornings. I rarely take photos at the first hours of the day, because I just don't want to get up early. But the times I push myself out of the bed, I'm happy I did so. This is due to the view... the new undiscovered appearance of the day that emerges at those early hours. The picture above is one of those examples. The quietness, the colors, the feeling.. idyllic!
This photo was taken in the northern part of Estonia with my first, and also current camera, Canon 40D, with 17-85mm kit lens. Simple settings like iso 100, f8, 1 sec exposure, tripod. No special post processing was used. Perhaps some spot removal and color/white balance adjustment was applied.
