I am Christian Wicklein and this was taken at the Annual Pachanga Pow Wow in Temecula CA. Shot using a Nikon D5100 with a Nikkor 70-300mm ED lens at 1/200s ISO 100 f/5.6. What an incredible event. The participants numbered in the hundreds and I want to thank each and every one of them for sharing their amazing culture with the community and now the world.
