Everybody could have thought of this idea, but nobody else did it so well. It's not an easy technique, with a flashlight jumping to write the number 200 on a long exposure. Joy implemented in an artistic, circus-like performance!

Thank you for selecting this photo! It was taken with a Canon 50D on long exposure on a street in Edinburgh, and it was certainly an entertaining process repeating it until I got the "200" so it could be clearly seen!
