this is a fun and unique image. wonderfully framed and an almost comical subject in his/her head-on stare into the camera. the textures are rich -- the bark, the moss, the dog's hair, and the beautiful flashes of orange leaves behind -- making this image the kind that invites the viewer to come back for multiple viewing to see more each time. an instant fave, and definitely a memorable image. nicely done! ~ illona

Thank you for this honor! The picture was taken with a Canon EOS 50D. It was a very funny moment, when Susy climbed up. She did it on her own, no one has told her to do this. We live in germany near Stuttgart. Susy comes from a spanish animal shelter.
