My name is John Chimon I took this photo with Canon 5D Mark II and Canon 70-200mm lens in Chicago, IL USA at Montrose harbor in October of 2011 .
It was a typical October windy and stormy day on Lake Michigan
I just waited for the perfect wave to crash but there were even bigger waves crashing much higher then one in the photo .
