This is a lovely frosty scene with loads of contrasting matter and shapes, and a nice natural environment. You have managed the sun well, placing it behind the branches, and have given all the weight to the fallen tree that it deserves. Perhaps a less tight crop with a little more breathing space would be easier to admire.
