Just plain beautiful. You have captured the entrancing swirling movement of the sea under the diffused low light of a dull day with an almost monochrome palette. Your picture editing is nicely subtle too, the vignette steering my eye back into this mesmerizing view. Great photo.

It takes great technique to pull off a photograph like this one. A beautiful minimal seascape with no subject other than the moving water and cloud. the textures and colours are fabulous. Just wonderful.
