Thanks for the votes!! This was taken with a Canon T2i stationed in front of a small dish of water beneath a dropper. The droplets passed through a laser beam connected to the flash before they hit the water. I could time it so the flash would trigger as the drop hit the water. I could control the frequency of drops and the delay of the flash, so I was able to capture the exact millisecond I wanted. So, what I'm trying to say is, this isn't a stroke-of-luck photograph!
