- This image was an instant fave ... the dark forest setting allows the white horse to stand out ... the setting (or rising) sun casting long shadows and making the forest glow, give us a sense of being right there with this quiet horse. Nicely captured and edited. Congrats! ~ illona

- Thank you so much! I am a photographer from the Czech Republic. The photo was taken during summer sunset by Nikon D750 + 24-70/2.8. I'm using Lightroom for post processing. There is no retouch on this photo. Just color adjustments, the horse, the forest, sunset and perfect moment.

- This is fantastic capture of this powerful animal in longer grasses ... the raised hooves, the flattened ears and swish of the tail, all give us the sense of this horse's power. Nicely captured. ~ illona

- The soft tones and tight crop make this image feel almost intimate ... like we are there and can smell this horse and feel the mountain air. The echoing of the mountains in the background to the line of the horse's back make it stand out. Nicely done! ~ illona

- The low angle of this image is spectacular. As someone who grew up with horses, this gives me the sense of lying in the warm grass with my horse standing over me, lifting its head briefly to a distant sound. Nicely captured! ~ illona
