- What an absolutely incredible and unique image! An instant favorite, for sure. The tones and colours are simply brilliant from the stunning blues and turquoises of the sky, and the deep reds and brass highlights against the green hills. The fact that we don't see the entire horse doesn't matter as we can imagine standing next to this grazing animal and smelling the salt in the air lifting off the ocean. Beautiful job and a truly stellar image. Congrats! ~ illona

- Oh my, I love this low-key image SO much. The subtle tones, the variety of textures from the pony's mane to his soft muzzle and whiskers ... and the fact that we can't see his eyes for his long forelock is almost comical. An instant fave and a fabulous image. Well done, and thanks for sharing! ~ illona

- The colours and tones of this image are purely fabulous! Under this stormy sky we can sense the wind blowing along this plain and feel the foal bracing against it as she grazes. The framing might be stronger if there was more room to the left versus the centeredness of this image, but it is a lovely scene. Nicely done. ~ illona

- This is such a perfect image ... the soft tones of the misty beach, the surf and sand, and the calmly walking horse, as well as the lower angle ... all make us feel as though we are right there on the beach with this horse. Wonderfully captured and managed in post. ~ illona

- This is a lovely almost-silhouette image ... beautiful tones and light, and the strong line of the horse's neck draw us in to his reflection in the rippled water. I do find the log in the foreground to be somewhat distracting and wonder if the image might be stronger without it. But a beautiful image nonetheless! ~ illona
