  • One of my favorites! What a moment! His facial expression is gorgeous - a mix between happiness and surprising. Or maybe a "Finally I have caught you!" or "welcome back my old friend!" Would love to read a story behind this picture...

  • Hi, Thank you very much for the great accolade... It is a magical picture I have always thought... purity and youth!.. He is one of my very favorite kids in the world and he found this baby squirrel that had fallen from its nest.. He looked after it so well... and they were inseparable... It really reminds me of a time gone by... where youth was all about nature and the outdoors... How sad it is to think what far to many kids spend their time doing these days... So glad you liked it... Camera 7D Canon, taken in Zimbabwe. Lens 70-200F2.8

  • You captured a fabulous moment. The tones of this picture are great. With that kind of soft light and the post processing you have created a great picture. The fact that you have put the focus on the left boy underlines this special moment of communication.

  • Like a little fairy. She fell completely into her own world, thoughts and imagination. It seems that she does not recognize the camera at all. Captured in the right time and filled with emotions.

  • A picture that strikes through its composition. Minimal, only that is shown what is important to compose a good picture like this. A great capture!

  • A strong picture. It looks rough and brutal but at the same time you need to look at this photo again and again. A real good composition, good post processing as well.

  • Although this fist bump looks rough, it is actually a sign of affection between Father, a noted "biker" and war veteran, and his three-year old Son. It was taken in Northern New Mexico (USA) with a Nikon D7000. Post processing was done in Lightroom. On a personal note, I am delighted that you like this image and most appreciative of your comments. Thank you so much. Leba Marquez

  • My name's Tabitha Rosario, I'm 20 years old, and from Queens, New York. I used a Cannon Rebel T3i to capture this shot. The reason I took this photo was because, I had an photography class last fall and our first assignment was called "Shutter", the purpose of "Shutter" assignment was to capture something fast moving. So, I had my nephew go jump and throw all the pillows at me and basically go crazy like a child would. Mind you this was my mothers room and bed, so you know she was upset after it all, but it was all worth because I think I got this awesome shot out of it. I do want to thank you guys of I-SHOT-IT for taking out your time looking through all those and entries and giving me a Mark of Excellence for my first competition. It means a lot. I don't have a website to link below, but I just made an Instagram: @tabrosephotograhy_

  • An interesting picture. Technically it is a bit overexposed but it is really effective. A frozen moment like from a sequence from a movie. The background is interesting to and gives the portrait a little story to tell.

  • My name is Melissa and I live in Parrish, FL. This shot was taken with a Nikon D3200 and 50-300mm Nikkor telephoto lens. This little man is the son of my neighbor and is the sweetest thing ever. He had been outside helping his mom with the horses and playing with his tractors (his favorite). I couldn't resist those stunning blue eyes and innocent face. The only editing I did in photoshop was to remove a few dirt spots from his face. Boys!

  • A nice and spontaneous portrait of a girl. The glasses really suit her well!

  • Yes, this was quite a spontaneous photograph of my daughter Kiki as she entered our kitchen in Hellerup, Denmark wearing these retro-style specs and a party frock. I was quite pleased with the result as it was captured using an M9 mounted with a 1.0 Noctilux - a lens I don't normally associate with spontaneity due to it's long focus throw!
