- Thank you everyone for your votes! I'm Alexey Pronin, currently live in Miami. This picture was taken at Torrey Pines Beach in La Jolla, California. I was watching a winter sunset as a group of surfers finished surfing and were saying 'goodbye' to waves. The picture was taken with a Sony DSLR-A850 camera and a Minolta 100-400/4-5.6 zoom lens. It was later processed in Photoshop to crop and improve contrast. You can see more of my pictures at my website.

- Hi, my Name is Daniel Giesen and I like to thank for the award. The title of the photo is "Balloon Over Bagan" and it shows the Pagodalandscape from Bagan during the sunrise with the Bagan Ballon over them. I recommend the Balloon Tour for everyone who is in Bagan. It´s an amazing atmosphere. I used a Canon 1D Mark IV with a Canon 70-200 2.8 lens.

- Thank you so much for this award! I'm Alexandros Dalkos from Athens/Greece. I took this shot at Githio. There's a ship wreck named Dimitrios. I was really lucky to have an appropriate human presence to match with the abandoned ship. I used a Canon 550D with the Canon 18-135. Then I wanted to add some drama with extra grain and black & white in photoshop.

This image was taken on the central coast of California near San Simeon State Park. I used my Fuji XE-1 and 18-55mm XF zoom lens. The wind was blowing so hard that day, I could hardly stand.
