- Spent $6 at Home Depot creating the tripod for this shot that mounted to the top of my Jeep. This photo was taken on the highway using a Canon 60D headed toward downtown San Diego.

- Hard one to place as I love the feel and the idea but the extra burst outline was a distraction for me, overall however a great image and deserved a place near the top

- Brodie Butler Perth, Western Australia Phase One IQ140 The candy apple red paint just absolutely glows beautifully in the sun so I wanted to catch an iconic western australia sunset for this car. The seagulls are a trademark scenery in this sort of environment so I felt they added to natural feel of the scene and I was fortunate to have a few onsite.

- For me this is a winner, the shot is simple and its power comes from the very very good lighting and careful used of it. A huge well done

- Brodie Butler Perth, Western Australia Canon 5DMKIII This image was light painted using a westcott icelight and several layers were combined in post production to get the perfect amount of smokey atmosphere to add to the dramatic effect. I wanted a very dramatic and mysterious feel.

- Great image and a great feel to this, distortion is there but its not unpleasant and the post edit work helps the shot to really stand out
