  • I'm so pleased to be awarded a runner up prize. This image was made using a canon 40d a hosepipe and a dog who loves water (Thanks Kada). I've never entered any kind of competition before and this has really boosted my confidence. Next stop the black and white competition and that beautiful Leica mono!

  • Hi everybody, thank you for the honor. I´m from Bavaria, and these two Beagles are brothers, the left one is mine. My name is Schied Florian and i love analogue photography. A few years ago i sold my big and heavy digital equipment and switched to a Leica M6. Beautiful piece of camera. The picture was taken with: M6, Summilux 35 FLE, f1.4, ND 0.9, Kodak, ISO 200, scanned with Canoscan 9000f.
