- Thank you! This picture was taken with a Canon 50D+85 mm 1.8 USM. It is one of my favourite pictures. The actually colour of the horse is white.

- Hi, I'm Melani Johnson from Florence, Oregon. This pic was taken at the Crescent City, California marina in Nov. of 2010. I love pictures taken in the fog so I stopped to snap a few shots. Once I loaded the pictures onto my laptop, I adjusted the colors but was still unhappy with the results. After 2 years I started looking through my old pictures and ran across this one and decided to try some b&w. Finally I found the effect I was looking for. I used my Nikon D40 & Lightroom3.

- My name is Matt Trudeau, I took this photo at Boneyard beach in Bulls island SC. I was useing my Sony a65 with a Tokina 11-16mm wide angle lens. Post processing was done with Lightroom 4. Thanks for viewing my photo!

- My name is Tim Walck, and I live in north central Pennsylvania. This shot was created on the Allegany River in the state game lands 5 miles west of Coudersport Pa. Gear used: Nikon D90, 18-105mm vr, rocketfish carbon tripod, remote shutter release. This was a 3shot bracketed HDR composite at ISO 160. Converted to Black and White in Lightroom 3, dodge & burn in CS5, then contrast adjusted & sharpened in Lightroom 3. I post more on how I create photos in detail on my blog, see the link below.

- My name is Ken Richardson, I live in Laingsburg, Michigan. I shot this photo in my flower garden. I grow milkweeds for the butterflies. I used a Nikon D80, and shot this with a 55-200 Nikon lens. As the milkweed pod was releasing the seeds it looked as if it was starting to snow in the flowerbed. I caught this shot before the seeds were all gone. Thanks to everyone that voted for my photo.
