Alone in the snow and open landscape, and so cold the camera almost freezes. That’s what we see in this photograph and we can only imagine how interesting it must look for those who have never seen snow in their life.

Thanks, I´m honored! This photo was taken while cross-country skiing past a frozen lake covered with deep snow, in the woods just outside Oslo, Norway. As a matter of fact it´s just about 15 km (9 miles) in distance from the location to the centre of Oslo city.
