When will the results of the competition be announced?

We are often asked when will results be published. The amount of time varies. If a competition is very popular and there are a lot of photos and a very large prize at stake, then the judges might need extra time.

The judges are all professional photographers and they often have very busy schedules. Some judges typically take less than a week, while others take several weeks. We don't like to put pressure on the judges, and only send reminders if they are taking an unusually long time.

The results of the competitions can be viewed on the Results List or Results page. Emails will be sent to all of the winners. We understand that when a competition ends everyone would like to know the results as soon as possible. We would like to thank everyone for being patient while the judges do their work.
