  • My Name is Charlene from Esslingen, Germany and I'd like to thank you so much for this award. The photo was taken with my new lens M.Zuiko Pro 2,8 40-150mm on my Olympus OMD E-M5 with 1/100 sec, f5,0, ISO 400, and post-processed with Lightroom. It was a cold day and the monkeys tried to keep each other warm.

  • Thank you for the Mark of Excellence, I'm very happy. It is a honored. My name is Kirill Dorofeev. I live in Russia in Moscow and working a programmer. Taking photos is not my profession it is my great hobby. This is gecko (lat. Gekkonidae). For this image I used Canon Mark III D and lens Sigma AF 105 mm f 2.8 macro. The photo was taken in August 2014 during a trip through Madagascar. Big lizard gecko has take a sun bath on a palm leaf. I had to be quiet that would not disturb it while shooting.
