- I am overwhelmed and hardly believed my eyes when I read your mail! I do feel very honored that you like my picture and granted it the first price even more when I saw the other pictures in the competition. They are all great and therefore I am very happy to be the lucky one. Thank you very much. The picture was taken on a flight from Frankfurt/Germany to Zurich/Switzerland. My name is Herman Schlindwein and I live and work in Frankfurt, Germany. The picture was taken with an iPhone and has been post processed with iPhone internal apps.

- Thanks to the jury and Tim, for chosing my photo for a Mark of Excellence TOP10. This 1966 Mercedes-Benz W111 250 SE Coupé is such an awesome car. The Photo was taken with a Canon EOS 5D2, the 35mm 1.4L and a 430EXII-Flash. I think it was like 4 or 5 shots.

- And also for this picture... Thank you so much, for my second Mark of Excellence in this contest. The BMW S1000RR is really beasty. For this picture we used a Canon EOS 7D with the 24-70mm 2.8L and also the 430EXII-Flash. Must be 3 or 4 shots.

- Feeling honored getting the Mark Of Excellence Award. Thank you so much! My name is Maria del Mar Villa André, owner of Photodesign Maria del Mar. This Photo of the nice Ferrari 365GT is taken in the Garage of a customer near Frankfurt (Germany). I shot it with a Canon D Mark II a SIGMA 24-70mm 2.8 lens and a softbox. The only post processing was to remove a few scratches on the mirror.
