I'm not sure this image could be anymore perfect ... it's like you ordered up that poofy white cloud just to frame this super, adorable kitten perched on this stark ledge. A fabulous capture, creating a stark and extremely strong image. I imagine it would be just as powerful in color. Super image. Congrats! ~ illona

Thank you for choosing my photo to win this contest. I feel very happy, honored and flattered. This photo taken in the Archipelago of the Azores on the island Terceira, Portugal. It was captured with a Canon 1Dx with a 70-200 f / 2.8 lens. I was doing a project for a social project in a family home in a small fishing village and I see this cat on a terrace trying to catch flies. I thought I was in a beautiful position for a good photograph and I was not careful to take photos. Thank you again for your consideration.
