Flower Photo Competition 4 2016 : Entry Number 288

There is great motion in this image. We love how the photographer composed this photo, having the purple flowers off-centered, and also the execution of this image is very well done.

Thank you to the judges -- receiving a Mark of Excellence in this contest is wonderful. I took this photo from my kayak on my favorite water -- Grassy Pond. This pond teases me with its quiet water, flowers, birds, and of course, grasses. I used my Canon 7D and 70-200mm f/2.8 lens.
