City Competition 5 2015 - all cities! : Entry Number 24

Beautiful on first glace, the framing of this city-scape with the streets and lines converging on the sun in the foreground elevates it to heroic portend and takes it to another level. Fantastic!

It was taken the last summer in Paris. I went to the Arc de Triomphe to take a good shot at the Eiffel tower at the sunset, then I turned around and saw the real shot. The sun going down behind the skyline in line with the street. It was truly a magical moment and made me understand why Paris is called the city of lights. Shot with a Canon 6D and 24-70mm. Post-processed in Lightroom.
