We can feel the bitter coldness by observing this stunning photo. The big and wide emptiness and the snow-captured mountains say it all. Great composition and execution.

This is a 1 minute long exposure which was taken off of the Seward Highway overlooking Turnagain Arm just outside of Anchorage, AK. This photo was taken with a Nikon D800 using a Nikon 17-35m F2.8 lens and a 10-stop B+W ND Filter. It was dodged and burned using photoshop CS6 and converted to Black and White with the help of Nik Softwares Silver Efex Pro 2.
