  • The I-Shot-It team loves this photograph! It gives the audience an intimate view of this young person, with beautiful context to him. Being placed on the lawn, removed from the home - gaining insight into how this boy lives. The inside light combined with the outside darkness is superbly captured. The photographer has wonderful sensitivity for atmosphere, colour, as well as a great feeling of an all around special photograph. Thank you for submitting such a delightful glimpse into someone’s life.

  • Being just like daddy, that what comes to mind looking at this lovely image! An intimate glimpse into this boy's life. The colours in this photo are great, and the framing - giving good context of what is going on in this bathroom - and how this young man was captured is superb.

  • These striking big, dark eyes of this young person are drawing the observer right into this story. Having the boy’s mouth and most of his body covered by the balloon is excellent timing. Great composition here!

  • This beautiful young lady seems getting ready for her dance. We almost can hear the music playing by looking at this well composed image. A great variety of people in different age groups coming together and being captured here, and how the girl is standing in the foreground balances this photo nicely.

  • This was outside a wedding venue in Assam, India. The band was leisurely playing music when this little girl came out of nowhere, clapping her hands and dancing! She looked so happy and excited! Don't know who drew those extra-large eyebrows on her but I remember finding them hilarious. My name is Prajnyan Ballav Goswami. I am a 27 year old from Jorhat, Assam. I used a Nikon D7000 and a Nikon 35 mm f/1.8 G lens for this image. My heartfelt thanks to the judge(s) for the recognition.

  • In this photograph we can hear silence, how time stands still. The colours which suggest autumn are superb, and we see just enough of the boy’s face, to get our imagination going. His devotion for fishing is obvious.

  • Family times are the best times for children. This image shows a virarity of different shades and textures. The see-through curtain in the background takes the mind away, hand-in-hand with the story which is being read by the adult. One of these boys seems more interested in the photographer, than in the story!

  • We are so focused to find new subjects and locations that Sometimes we forget that the best situations are near us. It is not difficult for a street photographer like me addicted to find the decisive moment to wait one of my sons distracted by my presente poins his eyes to me: only one shot, it is not necessary another one. • When all lines up .. A wonderful and deep friendship being captured, with most amazing light. The tiny little space in between the horse and the girl’s head is an important part to make this a very special photo.

  • The photographer got a great eye for light and shadow. The angle, which was chosen how to photograph this raising boy on his scooter works well, and how the long shadow of this child is cropped is perfect. Well done!

  • Bubble blowing is fun, no matter if for young or for older people. We see anticipation in this child’s face, and the depths of field in this image is well chosen. It draws the observer to the expressing of the kid, and makes what’s behind less important.
